I had a 9 a.m. appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. They estimated 3 hours. My vehicle was not ready after 4 hours and I was told it would be at least 2 more hours (total of 6 hours). I was not able to wait because I had an appointment. I was able to get the dealer to bring my car to me the next day but only after a long argument. The repair was a simple brake pad issue (recall) the problem was they only had on tech and they overbooked.

Pretty decent experience except for the fact of nobody seeming to know what was going on with my pre-lease turn in inspection. Also, I have always gotten a coupon for a free car wash. Not this time. Actually, I preferred when Warner actually washed your vehicle. Seemed a lot more personal and professional. It's a shame they cut this service.
In my job my truck is my office and I am on the road daily, 6 days a week, sometimes 7. Thank you for accommodating "MY" schedule for a much needed oil change and last months tire repair too. Your dealership and service team is the best around! Much appreciated! Bryan K
Took my Acadia in for a new tire. The tire was supposed to be ordered on Tuesday July 13th and be in the next day. Had it scheduled for Friday to be replaced at 8:15a, but when I got there the tire wasn���t in as they didn���t order it until Thursday, which led me to leaving my vehicle there until they got the tire and replaced it around 1p. After picking my vehicle up I noticed the tire wasn���t mounted the correct way (outside was inside). Took vehicle back on Tuesday July 20th to have fixed.

I was traveling and was 7 hours from home when my change oil light said I had 5% oil life left. Got an appointment at the time I asked for. The staff were so friendly and the waiting room was clean. They did the items that needed done on my schedule for service and it was no charge, compliments of GM. I was thrilled!
I never got a call telling me that my truck was ready to pick up. They didn't seem to know if my truck was ready to go when I came to pick it up. Once they determined it was serviced, I had to wait on the paperwork and my truck was nowhere it sight and had to ask for it. In all it seemed very chaotic and unorganized.
