We are VERY dissatisfied because we were promised when we bought the car that it would be washed as part of every service. This was not done. As retirees, this is important to us and we were used to having this done at the previous dealership. If Warner has a problem with being able to wash the car as promised, then it is Warner���s problem to be solved, perhaps in another way, such as a coupon for a car wash elsewhere. Merely ignoring what we were promised, even after we returned to talk about the problem, is totally unacceptable. Who would want to return to a business that doesn���t follow through with what is said in order to make a sale? We are very disappointed in our recent visit, and that is saying it in mild terms.

The experience at the dealer was great. I was disappointed to see that utilizing the app to schedule the appointment did not transfer correctly to the dealer so they were not aware I was dropping off my vehicle. The dealer did great and got me in.
Had an issue with our 2021 Acadia where the instrument cluster would flicker and turn signals wouldn���t work continuously. My wife took the car in that day to get fixed. Service writer said they were backed up until Tuesday but would do his best to get it in ASAP. They gave us a loaner for the time being but later that evening we got a call saying it was ready to go and didn���t have to wait 4 days. We were very happy with the dealership and being able to take care of the issue quickly.

The service dept checked into a tire vibration I am having on a brand new $60k vehicle I bought. The service dept told me the tires are in specification but there is still a high speed vibration. I will need to take the vehicle back for a 3rd time to have this looked at. My Nissan vehicles all have a nice smooth ride even at 90k miles and I would expect a brand new GMC would be able to attain a smooth ride also
