Brought truck in for service on A/C unit that was freezing up. Second visit for same problem. Freon lines freezing up and A/C quits working. Tech writes on report that A/C is working "as designed". If GM thinks that frozen up lines is acceptable i beg to differ.This is not my first vehicle and i have never had this issue happen before on any previously owned cars.Something is wrong.Period.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had our two small children with us and even when they started to get restless everyone was still so nice and patient, especially Kyle. He did great and we LOVE our new car! Thank you!
My wife drove away after service and the technician forgot to put a part in the vehicle We had to take the car back to you guys after the tech found the part laying on the bench or something like that. Not a very good job guys!!!!
Kyle was extremely helpful. I went in knowing my negative equity would be a problem. Kyle worked a deal that got me in the green for the first time in 2 cars! Smith Chevy went out of their way to give me a great experience.
As usual, the service managers were polite and helpful. My service call was completed in a timely manner. The managers helped with a rebate and saved me $15.00. I shared a few concerns I had with my car, and the mechanics checked out my concerns and then options for needed repairs were given.
