My only complaint, and it's nothing drastic, is that when we arrived we told the first guy who came out that we were having issues with the computer and had apparently pushed a button we shouldn't have. We had lost our visual speedometer and only had the digital one appearing on the screen. We couldn't figure out how to get it back. He fiddled with it for a bit and then said he didn't know how to fix it. When the lady brought our car out after the service we asked her about this problem and she didn't know about it. She tried to figure it out, but couldn't, asked another guy to try to fix it and he couldn't and he got out of the car and said that he didn't have time to mess with it, schedule another appointment and they'd try to fix it???? So my husband and I remembered that we had had another similar experience with the computer and had asked one of the salesmen and he had fixed it. We went up to the sales dept. and asked in there and a young man came out went through the menu a few times and then saw the problem. Once it was reset it was fixed!!! We were happy that we didn't have to make another trip to town just to have that fixed. I also want to say that we had told them when we made the app't. that this was an issue we'd like taken care of, so it wasn't just sprung on them. We did leave happy, but if it hadn't been for our tenacity it might have been a different story. Minor issue, yes, but for our customer satisfaction it was important to us. Thanks.
Everyone was friendly and helped me find a vehicle I could afford. They helped me get the best deal on my payments and answered any questions I had!! I purchased the vehicle I traded in there in 2015, and was impressed then with everyone and once again I would send my family and friends there to purchase their vehicle!!
Took all day after they said it would be a couple hours. Truck was only driven 10 miles to drop it off and they told me it took all day because it had to sit to cool off. So instead of a few hours I was without a vehicle from 730am until 430 pm.
You sold me a battery for my vette 3 years ago for over $200 and told me this battery was made for cars that sit parked for long periods of time. Like over winter. Now the battery needed to be replaced. My 2012 Jeep still has the original battery and works fine. This expensive battery not even 3 years. It had only a 2 year warranty. I was told on this visit I should get a trickle charger for my new expensive battery to keep it charged. I first called to set an appointment and was told to just come in any time and see Kirk or Mike and they could test my battery. I show up and spoke with Kirk who made us wait for a service tech to look at it. Not what I was told on the phone or I would of made an appointment. I was misinformed about the battery 3 years ago and again about just bring it in . And now I should go spend more money on a trickle charger for a $250 battery that only now has a 40 month warranty.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Kathy was wonderful and answered all my questions and showed me all the features on the car. She had everything programmed before I left. Chris explained all of the financing. I am very happy with the car and my experience with dealership!
