My 2011 Buick Lucerne has been serviced at this dealership ever since I purchased it new. The Service Department has always treated me respectfully and have listened to my concerns about my automobile. I have worked with Service Managers, Leon and Steve. Both gentlemen have been very informative as to the problem with my automobile and to the solution to the problem. They keep me informed as to costs and time involved to make the repairs. The sales staff have also been informative when I look at the automobiles on the display floor. I tell them that I am happy with my present automobile and not ready to trade, just looking! Last, but not least, the lady taking my payment for services done is very pleasant and efficient. My automobile is outside the door, freshly washed, and ready for my next adventure!
I called to arrange oil change & tire rotation. Steve Nelson, advisor, greeted me as I arrived, told him what I needed, and would wait while the service was being done. He came to the waiting area, within an hour, and told me the car was ready, that everything was fine.
Brought in to check AC. They did through job, had 30% oil life they recommended me to change. They only changed oil never checked fuel levels or ture pressure. I know right front tire was low and washer fluid too. Still are.
