Todd did a great job... I have a 2.8 Liter diesel and have been in about 6 time with the same issues. I love my truck but hate all the sensor in the exhaust system. In hindsight i wish i wouldn't have bought my 2.8 Diesel.
No sense of feeling welcome. No personal interaction at all. I had made an appointment on-line and when I got there, I was treated like who are you and what do you want. And, I felt patronized. ���We can do that for you���. I���ve been coming to Donovan���s for 20 years.
I was disappointed in this visit. I had windshield wipers replaced, but one of the wipers only cleans about half the windshield on the drivers side. I need to return it and have it replaced. When I was on my way out of the dealership, that wiper still had the plastic cover over it!
We had literally just bought our truck from you guys on a Friday. on Saturday my husband noticed a shake in the steering wheel, my husband's mechanical knowledge, and research indicated a transmission issue that is known by GM but typically ignored. We took it in and they identified the transmission issue. We have been assured that if the problem returns that they will fix it. It was reassuring that Donovan took us seriously and helped us out.
I dropped my car off on Saturday afternoon for my convenience even though the service rider told me that they couldn���t get to my car until Monday. I heard back from the dealer mid morning on Monday and had my car back by noon as promised. I have 2 vehicles that Dovavan takes care of the maintenance, and this customer service is the norm.
