I was so disappointed at the service I received, my appointment was for 3:00 and I sat for over 2hrs for an oil change unacceptable! when they finally finished with the oil change my car was so filthy with dirty hand prints from workers! my oil change sticker was not even placed on my window but instead handed to me with my paperwork. I had scheduled an appointment for 4 weeks but don't think I'll come back this needs to be addressed!

I got there a couple minutes early for my appointment and they took me right away. Josey was my service writer and she did an excellent job letting me know which services would be performed on my car. I needed an oil change and a transmission fluid flush. She told me it would take 90 minutes and it took exactly that. This type of service is why I keep coming back and will always purchase my vehicles from Circle.

Bryan was welcoming when we arrived and had us in and out quickly with a new car. dealership was clean and received several follow ups to make sure everything was going well with new car and set up of apps profile etc.
